Gail’s real estate career began in early 1990 as a NY State Certified General Appraiser and it didn’t take long for Gail to discover her love of the real estate industry. She began her real estate career with CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty in Spring Hill, FL, in 2001. Not long thereafter, in 2003, THE Gail Spada TEAM was founded. Fast-forward to January 2023, after 20+ years of offering personal and professional service to their customers, the TEAM has now re-branded as HOMES IN THE SUN TEAM.

Tina began her real estate career with CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty in Spring Hill, FL in 2004 after relocating from Chicago, Illinois with her family. As previous customers, Tina and her husband, Mark, chose Gail’s TEAM to help them find and purchase their first “Florida Home” in 2004.

Phyllis joined CENTURY 21 Alliance Realty and HOMES IN THE SUN TEAM (formerly THE Gail Spada TEAM) in 2010 after relocating to Spring Hill, FL, from Erie, Pennsylvania.
Phyllis is a previous customer of Gail’s TEAM. She and her husband, Bill, chose Gail’s TEAM in 2011 to sell their Spring Hill home as well as help them find their current home located in Silverthorn.
Expertly handling the administrative tasks of the TEAM’s daily business from bookkeeping to data entry to everything in between, she plays an important role in the TEAM’s success. Phyllis says she truly loves being part of the TEAM.
