As we ended June 2021, our current Hernando County Real Estate Market continues with double-digit increases even though JUNE’s 2021 Average List Price (up 20.5%) and Average Sale Price (up 24.2%) percentages dropped a bit in comparison to MAY’s 2021 Average List Price (up 27%) and Average Sale Price (up 31%). This trend might be signaling a “leveling-off or cooling” of what is still considered to be an HISTORICAL RED-HOT Seller’s Market.

Our extraordinarily-low housing inventory levels also continue and, as of the writing of this BLOG, ONLY 250 HOMES are FULLY ACTIVE and available for purchase within our Hernando County Multiple List Service!
