August 2023 vs. August 2022 Housing Market Snapshot for Hernando County, FL

For the past month of August 2023, on average, 586 Homes were “For Sale” (fully active and available) within our Hernando County Multiple List Service (MLS). In comparison, 607 Homes were “For Sale” (fully active and available) within our Hernando County MLS for August 2022, a slight decrease of 4%. The “Average Sale Price” for August 2023 indicated a 5% increase vs August 2022.
